Approach
Lumina Spark session
Lumina Spark is the next generation of professional development tools. It is unique amongst psychometric tools because it avoids any stereotyping. It provides a highly interactive colourful framework for better self-understanding and helps people identify how to improve their working relationships with others. Before the session team members fill out the questionnaire. During the session all will receive their personal Lumina Spark profile. It is very interesting to study the profiles of all team members (how diverse are we, what are strengths and development areas?). Working with the floor mat creates a dynamic & fun atmosphere.

During the session all team members will be encouraged to participate actively, openness ('put the fish on the table') and ownership.
